Orange County deputies are searching for a man who they say shot his wife and teen-step daughter on Saturday, and is on the run.
The shooting happened on Prato Avenue in Tangelo Park.
Investigators say, 42-year-old Donovan Guthrie, shot his wife and teen step-daughter around 8:00 a.m., then fled the scene in a 2005 green Ford F150. When deputies and Orange County Fire Rescue officials arrived, both victims were treated and transported to a local area hospital. Both are in stable condition, investigators also say.
Donovan Guthrie is described as about 6′ 0” tall, thin build, black hair, brown eyes with a shaved head. He was last seen wearing blue jeans.
Investigators say, the vehicle Guthrie is driving has a tan-colored bottom trip, with a ladder rack.
