Orange County deputies are searching for a man who robbed a Bank of America at gunpoint, early on Thursday.

The suspect walked into the Bank of America located at 4640 South Orange Blossom Trail around 9:15 a.m., and passed one of the tellers a note requesting money. The bank robber stated that he had a gun, investigators said.  It is unclear whether or not a gun was displayed.

The teller complied with the request and handed over an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is about 6′ 0” tall and weighs about 200 pounds.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call Crimeline at # 1-800-423-TIPS. Callers could be eligible for a reward up to $1,000.
