This man is accused of beating a woman, merely 4′ 11″, into a coma over a parking space in New York’s East Village on February 25.
Oscar Fuller could wind up facing murder charges if Lana Rosas who is still in a coma dies.
Fuller is accused of punching Rosas over a parking space she was holding for her boyfriend Joseph Oliver. When she spotted the space she stood in it until Oliver could pull in his car. The only problem is, Fuller wanted the space.
So, Rosas and Fuller got into an argument with him ended up punching her in the face so hard, this petite woman fell to the ground, smashing her head into the pavement.
Fuller claims that Rosas struck him first.
Well, we’ll see how this ends up.
