A passenger in a 2002 pick-up truck was killed on Tuesday night when it overturned on State Road 520, Florida Highway Patrol said.
Daniel Byron, 51, of Kissimmee, was pronounced dead at the scene where the accident occurred, near State Road 528, around 7:00 p.m. Â Troopers say, Byron was ejected when the pick-up overturned.
Tori Byron, 48, was driving the pick-up heading westbound, when for an unknown reason she lost control and the vehicle overturned. She was critically injured and taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Troopers are trying to determine whether or not alcohol played  a role in the crash, which is still being investigated.
Florida Highway Patrol said, charges are pending.
