A man was recently indicted for murder in an October shooting in Orlando.
An Orange County grand jury formally indicted 24-year-old Tevin Webber for First Degree Murder (with a Firearm) for fatally shooting a man in Orange County.
On October 18th, Orange County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a parking lot in the 6100 block of West Colonial Road in Orlando for a reported shooting.
When deputies arrived, they found the victim, 23-year-old Marcus Thomas Jr., lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. Medical personnel transported him to the hospital but he died shortly after arrival.
That same evening, deputies found Webber nearby and he matched the suspect’s description. Detectives later arrested and charged him for the murder of Mr. Thomas.
State Attorney Andrew Bain’s office presented sufficient evidence to a Central Florida grand jury to secure an indictment against Duda for First Degree Murder (with a Firearm).
So……..was the killers name, Weber, or Duda??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
