Orange County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the Hilton Orlando Hotel on 6001 Destination Parkway, on Friday, where they found a teenager on the ground not breathing.
Investigators said, the 19-year-old possibly fell from a balcony at the Hotel, although it’s not clear from which floor.
Fire Rescue responded to the scene just before 10:30 a.m. and transported the victim to the hospital.
According to news reports, the teen was critically injured.
