A Michigan man who says he learned of his wife’s affair by reading her e-mail on their computer faces trial Feb. 7 on felony computer misuse charges.
Leon Walker, 33 years, used his wife’s password to get into her G-mail account. Clara Walker filed for a divorce, which was granted this month.
If convicted by a jury, Walker could face up to 5 years in jail.
The case is being closely watched by legal experts nation-wide, as it is the first of its kind.
