A man who sexually battered two minors over a two-year period and admitted to doing so, is now behind bars, Osceola County deputies said.
George Marshall Collins, Jr., 57, of Kissimmee, has been arrested and charged with 8 counts of capital sexual battery and 22 counts of possession of child pornography, among other charges.
One of the victims, a 15-year-old told investigators that an adult friend of the family, identified as Collins, inappropriately touched her when she was 13-year-old. The girl told deputies that this occurred several more times over the last two years.
The girl also told investigators that Collins might have done the same thing to another family member. Authorities say, this victim is now 10 years old, but the incidents occurred when she was 8 or 9 years.
Collins admitted to detectives that he sexually battered both girls and also took nude photos of them. Â The photos were found on Collins’ cell phone, authorities said.
Collins was arrested and charged with multiple counts of child pornography, 4 counts of lewd and lascivious molestation, 3 counts of lewd exhibition and 8 counts of capital sexual battery. Â He is being held in the Osceola County Jail with no bond.
