Deputies have charged a Kissimmee man with 459 counts of lewd and lascivious conduct, after alleging that he inappropriately touched two victims ages 14 and 15 years.
David V. Joseph, 41 years, has been charged with 180 counts of lewd and lascivious battery, 90 counts of lewd and lascivious molestation, 60 counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition, 1 counts of lewd and lascivious conduct, 90 counts of protection of minors of certain acts, 3 counts of sexual battery, 2 counts of aggravated battery, one count of kidnapping, 31 counts of battery and one count of interference of custody.
Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies said, the investigation began in January, after a report was made of possible abuse from an out-of-state complainant.
While attempting to locate Joseph, deputies questioned his girlfriend and her seven children. One of the children told deputies in December 2010, Joseph exposed himself to the 15-year-old victim.
Deputies located Joseph at his residence on W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway on March 11 and took him in for questioning. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail with no bond.
