A Kissimmee man, who investigators say engaged in real estate fraud, was arrested on Wednesday and booked into the Osceola County Jail.

Yessy George, 30, was taken into custody when he showed up at a property in Kissimmee, which he believed was about to be rented.

Through their investigation, deputies learned that George would have another man, Israel Rivera, rent houses and collect monies on his behalf.  The investigation also revealed forged signatures in relation to rental documents.

Deputies found several documents containing addresses in George’s vehicle, in addition to multiple unlabeled keys to unknown properties and tools that could be used to change locks. It is believed that several persons might have been defrauded.

George did not cooperate with the investigation, but based on statements obtained and the evidence, deputies were able to arrest him.

George was arrested on scheme to defraud charges, but additional charges are pending.
