A man who deputies say, was downloading and producing child pornography for many years, was arrested Thursday.
Eugene Hudome, 60, of Melbourne, has been charged with possession and with the intent to distribute child pornography. He is being held at the Brevard County Jail on a $560,000 bond.
Deputies executed a search warrant at Hudome’s home in the 2200 block of September Street, where they seized a computer and other electronic media equipment.
Investigators say, Hudome had been downloading child pornography for years and was in the possession of child pornography depicting children who were 4-6 years of age. Further forensic work will be done on the equipment to determine if additional charges will be filed.
Investigators are concerned that there are unreported and unidentified victims.
