homicide-investigation_genericA man who shot dead his father-in-law at the Grand Pointe apartments in the Millenia area on Wednesday, has been arrested, Orange County deputies said.

William Tarlbert, 27, was taken into custody and charged in the shooting death of Steven Martinez, 51, deputies also said.
