Orange County Sheriff’s Office Sex Crimes Detectives have arrested Andrew John Fisher, 26, a DeLand firefighter, on the charge of Transmitting Harmful materials to Minors.
Detectives from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Sex Crimes Unit were notified by the guardian of a girl in her early teens who says Fisher sent the girl sexually explicit material over the internet.
Detective Dillon and the Sex Crimes Unit are concerned that more victims may exist and if so are asking for them to come forward.
