A 27-year-old man was arrested for possession of child pornography in Central Florida.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 27-year-old Christian Stark on charges of possession of child pornography.
This month, while following up on another investigation involving Stark, detectives conducted a residential search warrant on E. Lutz Lake Fern Road, near Tampa, where they found numerous images of child pornography on his phone.
“This is a disgusting case, and teamHCSO will always work tirelessly to prevent child exploitation and abuse,” said Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister. “I want to make something very clear: we will catch you and hold you accountable if you are doing illegal acts that harm innocent children.”
Stark has been charged with:
- 100 counts of Possession of Child Pornography 10 or More Images and Content of Images
- One count of Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communications Device
Stark is a known felon and has been arrested 13 times since 2011.
UPDATE: The man was also arrested and charged for unlawfully recording juvenile victims in a women’s restroom at a Central Florida library.
Detectives have reason to believe that there may be more victims impacted by Stark.
