Orlando Police and the crisis negotiators are on the scene, this morning, November 25, where a person is barricaded in a building in the 1600 block, East Livingston Street.
Police believe that the subject inside the location is armed. Some evacuations of the building have already taken place.
Working along with the police and crisis negotiators, SWAT and Emergency Response Teams are also on the scene.
