Magic Dancers Hold Final Auditions for 2012-2013 Season

The final 30 dancers who received an invitation to compete for one of 20 spots to represent the Orlando Magic as part of the 2012-13 Magic Dancers.     This fun-filled event is free and open to the public.

    This FREE, interactive evening will be hosted by in-game emcee Scotty B and will include:

·         Performances by the AirTran Airways Flight Crew, the Magic Minis of Starz Dance Galaxy and STUFF, the Magic Mascot

·         For the main event, the 30 audition finalists will perform their routines one final time before a live audience and a distinguished panel of judges, including Johnny Magic from XL 106.7, entertainment photographer Michael Cairns and a Magic fan judge, Chili Fischbach

·         The evening will be capped off with the announcement of the 2012-13 edition of the Magic Dancers

·         The Magic Dancer finals will be streamed live on orlandomagic.com for fans unable to attend

·         From now until 8 p.m. on Thursday, August 9, Magic fans are able to make their voices heard by visiting http://www.nba.com/magic/2012-13-magic-dancers-finals and casting their vote for who they want to be a part of the 2012-13 Orlando Magic Dancers
