Gibson will address the issue of some major Florida Auto Insurers illegally and deceptively advising doctors and consumers that they must have affirmative documentation of an EMC before the patient is eligible for their full $10,000 in PIP benefits. He will also address the fact that these same insurers are telling patients that they will only get $2,500 in medical treatment and to not even bother seeking medical treatment unless they have $1,000 to pay out of pocket. The seminar will advise attendees on steps they can take under the new PIP law to get paid in full.
