No surprises here: Lindsay Lohan has failed two drug tests within weeks after getting out of rehab and a warrant has been issued for her arrest.
According to TMZ, police will not go looking for Lohan, only if she fails to show up for court date later this week. The warrant is on hold until 8:30 am, on Friday, and only if Lohan fails to appear before Judge Elden Fox will the police go looking for her.
The failed drug tests means that Lohan has violated her probation and she is looking at doing perhaps another 30 days in jail.
On July 6, Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab for violating her probation on a 2007 DUI case.  She in fact served only 14 days in jail on account of overcrowding and 22 days in rehab and was released on August 24.
