Michael Lohan, Lindsay Lohan’s dad, was arrested early on Tuesday morning, on domestic violence charges, Tampa police said.
Lohan, 51, was taken into custody, after police responded to his Tampa home and arrested him for battery on his live-in girlfriend.
Police said, while Lohan was being arrested he complained of chest pains and was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital. A short time later, Lohan checked himself out and was placed under arrest.
Lohan was transported to the Hillsborough County Orient Road Jail.
