KPot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, a hands-on, all-you-can-eat experience that merges traditional Asian hot pot with Korean BBQ flavors, recently leased 6,073 square feet of retail space in Sunset Walk at Margaritaville Resort Orlando at 8118 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee in Central Florida.
Sunset Walk, a 200,000-square-foot lifestyle center is part of the 300-acre, $750 million Margaritaville Orlando complex near Walt Disney World along the West 192 tourist corridor.
KPot has grown to six restaurant locations across the U.S. since its launch in 2018, and already has 50 more in the works. This will be its second Central Florida location, with five more close behind throughout the Sunshine State.
“KPOT chose Promenade at Sunset Walk based on it having more than three million visitors in 2021,” said Tom Heer, LandQwest Senior Associate. “They estimated opening in the first quarter of 2023.”
