A Kissimmee teen was arrested Wednesday, accused of sexual battery on a 6-year-old girl.
The girl’s mother told detectives her daughter and 9-year-old son were playing at the home of a neighbor, Thomas Carl Magda, 16, located at 1905 West Orange Street in Kissimmee.
When the girl returned home she complained of pain in her vaginal area and was transported to a local area hospital for observation, police said. Â The child also told investigators that Magda had touched her inappropriately
Kissimmee police said, Magda and his father cooperated with the investigation.
Thomas Magda was charged with sexual battery upon a victim under the age of 12 years. He was transported to the Orange County Juvenile Detention Center.
Investigators say, there is a possibility of more victims.
