A Kissimmee elementary teacher and a 20-year-old youth were arrested in an undercover drug sting, St. Cloud police said Wednesday.
Cheryl Lynn Heineman, 45, of the 2800 block of Kissimmee Park Road, St. Cloud, and Jack Lindsey, 20, were taken into custody and charged with several counts of selling and delivering narcotics, conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia.
