K. Hovnanian Homes, a nationally recognized homebuilder since 1959, will shortly begin construction on Millennia Park, a new, single-family home community located near I-4 and the Florida Turnpike, just minutes from the Mall at Millenia. The new community complex will comprise 424 property sites, with homes ranging from 1,563 to over 3,000 square feet.
Millennia Park will feature a custom-designed 1,191-square-foot clubhouse with a kitchen, multi-purpose area and covered porches – as well as a gated entrance, swimming pool, playground, open play field, outdoor gathering/dining plaza, walking trail and parks.
Home models, pricing and designs will be available in August 2011.
