The judge presiding over the Casey Anthony Case ordered on Tuesday that, a recorded conversation between one of Casey’s defense attorneys and a jailhouse informant, be submitted to him for review.
Judge Belvin Perry ordered the state to submit a telephone recording of Robin Lunceford, a lifetime inmate, and defense attorney Jose Baez, for inspection before determining whether it will be made public or not.
Baez on July 15, had filed a motion with the court requesting that the recording not be released to the public. According to wftv.com, Baez claims that the recording has information provided by Lunceford, helpful to the defense concerning Anthony’s jail pen pals.
Perry also wants the state to respond to Baez’s motion and to indicate whether or not he was aware the conversation with Lunceford was being recorded. Baez has said he was unaware, reports wftv.com
