A New York judge ruled Monday that, Pastor Zach Tims’ autopsy which will include the cause of death, will be released, cfnews13.com reports.
Tims, founder of the New Destiny Christian Center (NDCC), was found dead in a hotel room last August in New York City.
Following Tims’ death, his mother filed a lawsuit to keep the cause of his death confidential. Â But today, a judge saw it differently and ruled that Tims’ autopsy results would be released.
Since his sudden death, there has been much speculation that the founder of NDCC may have died of a drug overdose. Â A small glassine envelope of white powder was found in Tims ‘ pants pocket when he was found in his New York City Times Square hotel room.
It is not clear when Tims’ autopsy will be released.
