Judge: Casey Anthony’s Location Must be Revealed to ‘Nanny’ Attorneys

Attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman suing Casey Anthony for defamation of character, will get to know her location, an Orange County judge ruled on Thursday.

The judge ruled that Gonzalez’ attorneys must get access to Anthony’s current and past addresses, although the information will be sealed to the public, according to news reports.

Gonzalez maintains her life was ruined when Anthony falsely claimed that her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, was kidnapped by a baby sitter with the same name.

Gonzalez’ attorneys have said they want Anthony’s addresses in order to serve her a subpoena.

In February, in a 57-page motion, Anthony’s attorneys asked the court to throw out the defamation suit brought by Gonzalez and rule in favor of their client.

The defamation case is expected to heard early next year.
