I have started developing feelings for my subordinate who is working under me for the past one year and I have tried my best to avoid it but failed. She looks up to me as I am her Manager and I admire her for her nature and truely love her. She is romantic from with in but conservative(typical Indian) from outside. She also likes a guy who stays pretty far but they arent dating as such, they just chat on SMS but my heart says she isnt serious with him… I am awake all night because these feelings are killing me.
