A Sanford man has been arrested, accused of shooting a security officer multiple times at a restaurant on International Drive, early on Sunday morning.
Terance Rush, 37, was booked into the Orange County Jail and charged with several counts, including aggravated battery with a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Orange County deputies said, Rush, a patron of Senor Frogs restaurant, 8747 International Drive, became intoxicated and started harassing several servers. He was approached by a Senor Flogs security officer to quit, but instead opened fire, shooting the security officer several times in his lower extremities.
The security officer, who sustained non-life threatening injuries, was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, for treament.
Rush was booked into the Orange County Jail on a $4,000 bond around 8:00 a.m., Sunday.
