Former presidential candidate Herman Cain would like gas prices to increase significantly, before the November election in order to help defeat President Barack Obama.

Cain, who was the butt of jokes with his 999 tax plan early on in the GOP presidential primaries, was guest-hosting the Neal Boortz radio show on Tuesday when he fielded this question from a caller.
