Hungry Man Shoplifts at Gas Station

A man who was obviously hungry, walked into a gas Station on 2655 S. Kirkman Road yesterday just before 5.45 pm, and stole a number of food items.

Based on interviews, according to Orlando Police Department detectives, a Black or Hispanic male, wearing sunglasses and a bandana walked into the Hess Gas Station and left with 1 can of Vienna sausage, 2 cans of sardines and 1 can spaghettios, without paying for the items.

The shoplifter took the items, walked passed various check out points, before leaving the store.  When questioned by at least one employee as to whether he intended to pay for the goods, the suspect said that no one could stop him and that he would kill someone.  The man then jumped on a red bicycle and left the area.

The suspect is approximately 6 feet tall and weighs about 145 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black long sleeved shirt and dark pants.
