Nicholas Bollea, son of professional wrestler Hulk Hogan, pleads in his Central Florida DUI case.
After being arrested for DUI, Bollea pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and a violation of the Move Over Act in a Pinellas County court.
In the fall, law enforcement arrested him for speeding past a traffic stop while not moving over.
Bollea, a Clearwater resident, had a strong scent of alcohol on his breath, blood shot eyes, and he swayed and was unsteady during the traffic stop. Hulk Hogan showed up to the scene of the crime in Central Florida, and was captured on Clearwater Police Department video. His son refused to do a breath test.
A judge sentenced Nicholas Bollea to a year of probation, but he can apply for early termination after six months according to court records. He was sentenced to DUI school and 100 hours of community service. His license is suspended for 12 months and he will be screened for drugs and alcohol for 120 days.
