At the annual Orange County Community Conference, the Neighborhood Preservation & Revitalization Division recently recognized the talents and accomplishments of individual citizens and community organizations for their efforts within neighborhoods and their contributions toward making Orange County a great place to live. The Distinguished and Citizen of the Year Awards are selected by the Orange County Board of County Commission.
