Troopers are searching for the hit-and-rung driver who struck and seriously injured a bibyclist in Orlando.
The incident was reported just before 6:55 a.m. Tuesday at John Young Parkway and Bear Bryant Boulevard.
Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) say, 21-year-old Hilario Cinto was attempting to cross the southbound lanes of John Young Parkway, from east to west, at the left turn lane near Bear Bryant Boulevard, when he was struck on his right side by an unknown vehicle, traveling southbound. The vehicle fled the scene.
Cinto was taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center with serious injuries.
Troopers said, there were no eye witnesses and the only evidence they have collected so far is a broken headlight and quarter panel from a blue Toyota.
The driver of this hit and run crash is urged to come forward, as you will be tracked down.
FHP said that the crash remains under investigation and charges are pending.
