The Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic is officially open.
Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic recently opened and welcomed guests for the first time, marking the first full-service hotel opening in the Jacksonville market in nearly two decades. Since construction first began in 2023, the eight-story, 252-room property has been one of Northeast Florida’s most anticipated hotel openings.
Located on the Mayo Clinic campus, the property combines Hilton’s world-class hospitality with the easygoing spirit of coastal Florida. The hotel, which was built by Concord Hospitality Enterprises and Whitman Peterson, in collaboration with Mayo Clinic, is also one of the newest Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties to debut the brand’s refreshed identity, a modernized expression of Hilton, reflected through enhanced design and reimagined service touchpoints.
Guests can expect a full-service experience with standout amenities, including:
- 252 guest rooms, featuring 21 spacious suites, water views, nature views, and more to accommodate every type of traveler
- More than 21,000 square feet of event space to host iconic gatherings, including a grand pillarless ballroom, junior ballroom, boardrooms, and a spectacular 5,000 square feet outdoor event lawn overlooking serene water

- 24-hour expansive fitness center
- A sleek coffee shop in the lobby, offering smoothies, locally sourced coffee, and grab-and-go breakfast and lunch items

Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic is the first Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in the city and located just minutes from Jacksonville’s sun-soaked beaches, championship golf courses, and vibrant cultural attractions.
