Three women robbed a Timberland store on International Drive Monday, and Orlando police would like the public’s help in identifying the suspects.
Around 2:30 p.m., the women talked into the Timberland store located at 4951 I-Drive and proceeded to select several pairs of shoes, concealing them inside shopping bags, police said. Â The women then attempted to leave the store and that’s when staff became aware of their activities.
A store manager tried to grab one of the suspect’s bags as she exited, but she struggled with him. Another suspect sprayed the manager in the face with pepper spray and walked out.
As the struggle continued the first suspect re-entered the store and sprayed the manager again, forcing him to release his grip.
Police say, all of the suspects got away with the stolen merchandise.
