On December 3, 2009, a “Help for Homeowners Community Event” will take place in Orlando. The “Help for Homeowners Community Event” is a national multi-city tour that is part of the Obama Administration’s Making Home Affordable Program, which is designed to put the housing market back on track.
The Obama administration’s Making Home Affordable program is encouraging ALL residents in Orlando and the surrounding areas who are currently having trouble or may in the future have difficultly paying their mortgage payment to attend this FREE workshop. Borrowers will have the opportunity to sit face-to-face with a servicer to assess whether they qualify for the Making Home Affordable Program and explore other alternatives if they do not qualify. If they do qualify, they will immediately be processed into the program at the event. For those planning to attend, we encourage that they bring all real estate documents and letters.
