Orange County Health officials continue to work on figuring out what led to several dozen guests to fall ill, after undertaking the Wild Africa Trek at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
During the first week of June, several dozen people who undertook the tour and got up close to the animals got sick.
“We just don’t know, at this point, if this could be something related to food or water, or something someone drank, something that came from a surface they touched, or just passed on person to person,” said Dain Weister with the Orange County Health Department, myfoxorlando.com reported.
None of the people who got ill had to be hospitalized.
Disney said the company was working closely with the Orange County Health Department to review the situation.
