Orange County deputies are searching for a gunman who robbed a cab driver on Sunday, June 28th at 5:20 am, at 41st and South Orange Blossom Trail.
After flagging down the cab, the suspect produced a handgun and demanded cash from the cab driver. The victim complied and handed over an undisclosed amount of cash.
As the cab driver was driving away the suspect fired several times hitting the cab. The cab driver was not injured.
Robbery detectives have released a composite sketch of the suspect.
He is described as a black male, early 20’s, about 5’ 09” tall, with a thin build and shoulder length dreadlocks.
