George Anthony, father of Tot Mom, Casey Anthony, will have a chance to answer truthfully when he is questioned under oath by prosecutors on Wednesday.
Anthony’s deposition, which should have taken place on Monday, is now set for Wednesday. It is expected that he will face tough questions about what he knows about his daughter, Casey and the death of his granddaughter, Caylee.
Cindy Anthony, Tot Mom’s mother and brother, Lee Anthony have already been questioned under oath by prosecutors. Cindy was questioned for 13 hours and Lee for 9 hours.
Casey Anthony is charged with first degree murder in the death of her two-year-old daughter Caylee. The tot’s remains were found in a wooded area, a few blocks from the Anthony’s home. Casey has said that her daughter was kidnapped by a baby sitter, “Zanny”, although, to date, there is no evidence to substantiate this.
If convicted Casey Anthony could face the death penalty.
