Seven people have been injured following a series of explosions around the Blue Rhino gas plant in Tavares.
It is believed that the explosions came from propane tanks housed at the plant, news965.com reported.
Late on Monday night, residents reported hearing booms for several minutes. Â Â
Three men are said to be in critical condition at the Orlando Regional Medical Center, news965.com also reported.Â
Tavares Fire Chief Richard Keith said today, he didn’t think the explosions were an “act of sabotage or anything like that.”
Gov. Rick Scott is expected to visit the Blue Rhino site later Tuesday, according to news reports.
