Orlando Police arrested four juveniles who were caught burglarizing a vehicle at the Prime One Outlets Mall on I-Drive, on June 17, shortly before 2:30pm. Two of the teens were apprehended while trying to flee the scene, while the two others were caught in a house nearby, after they were tracked down by police.
According to the arrest affidavit, the juveniles broke into the trunk of a red 2010 Toyota Camry in the parking lot at Prime One Outlet Mall on 4973 I-Drive and removed a variety of items, including an Apple Macbook computer, ear monitors, Ray Ban sunglasses, Itouch and a guitar. A witness, Kent Hubbell attempted to stop the teens by calling to them, but they fled the scene, dropping several of the items. Hubbell chased the suspects east on Oakridge Road, but the teens ran into the wooded area eventually leading toward Millenia Boulevard.

Police arrested Dixon Desrosiers, 14 years, as he tried to escape, using a tazer to subdue him. Marcus Ricks, 15, was also arrested as he attempted to flee the area. The two other suspects, Dominick Wisdom, 15 and Nixon Desrosiers, 16, were subsequently arrested in a house in the 5200 block Millenia Boulevard, where police tracked them down. The witness, Hubbell was able to identify all four suspects.
The teens were taken to CID where during interviews, they all confessed to being a part of the burglary.
The have all been charged with ‘grand theft’, ‘blurglary to conveyance’ and ‘resisting without violence’.
The victims, Stephen Leckenby and Nicholas Leitzinger have said that they would wish to press charges.
