Roy Kronk, the former meter reader who found 2-year-old Caylee Anthony’s remains is to be questioned under oath on Thursday by prosecutors and the Casey Anthony defense team.
Kronk, who had reported to authorities back in August 2008, that he saw a bag containing what he thought was human remains, was dismissed by deputies at that time. However, he returned to the site on December 11th 2008, and found Caylee’s body.
Casey Anthony, the mother of Caylee, sits in the Orange County Jail charged with first degree murder in the death of her daughter. If convicted she could face the death penalty.
