Anthony Miller landed behind bars at age 13 after a spell of gang violence, drugs and alcohol, but now, at age 18, he has found God, football, and is currently reforming his life in a positive way as he prepares to study at the Christian school, Warner University.

According to myfoxorlando.com, South Lake High School senior Anthony Miller ran 1,000 yards on the football field this year, his first year on the team. But just two years ago, he was in jail.

“As a player and a coach, I’ve been around a lot of people in this game, but I’ve never seen someone’s life change so much in just one year,” Coach Mark Woolum tells FOX 35.”
