Two Florida natives were named Food Service Attendant of the Month aboard the USS Sterett.
Electronics Technician 3rd Class Rock Julien, of Orlando (left) and Fire Controlman Aegis 3rd Class Ycaro Almeida, of North Port, Florida, congratulated one another on being awarded the February Food Service Attendants of the Month on the mess decks aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Sterett (DDG 104).
The Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group is underway conducting routine operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
