As part of an ongoing collaboration with Orange County’s Department of Corrections, the Orlando Police Department Special Enforcement Division’s Group Violence Unit and the Department of Corrections’ Probation Unit checked on convicted felon and known gang member, Christopher DaSilva, on September 29th.
He was arrested and charged with violation of probation after detectives found a flamethrower that uses propane to project a flame of 15 feet, an AK47, additional magazines, a bulletproof vest, and narcotics in his bedroom.
