An Orlando woman is among five persons busted in an undercover operation targeting illegal sales of theme park tickets, valued at over $100,000.
Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 35-year-old Janice Cintron of Raleigh Street, Orlando, and charged her with resale of multi-day theme park tickets.
Deputies from the Tourist Policing Unit (TPU) who conducted the undercover operation on February 24 and 25, seized 860 theme park tickets valued at more than $111,800. The suspects were arrested at various businesses along West 192, authorities said.
The other four arrestees are:
- Daniel Alvarez, 22, of Kissimmee
- Robert Delmar Latson, 32, of Poinciana
- Thao Nguyen, 23, of Poinciana
- Patricia Ann Landry, 60, of Davenport.
Investigators say, all five suspects were booked into the Osceola County Jail.
