Several days after raiding Michael Jackson doctor’s office in Houston, the DEA again raided Dr. Conrad Murray’s posh mansion and medical office in Las Vegas on Tuesday.
It is believed that Dr. Murray, who was with the King of Pop when he went into cardiac arrest on June 25th, could have injected him with a lethal dose of Propofol.
Murray’s lawyer, Edward Chernoff has not confirmed whether his client administered Propofol to Jackson on the day he expired.
“The search warrant authorized investigators to look for medical records relating to Michael Jackson and all of his reported aliases,” Chernoff said. “Dr. Murray was present during the search of his home and assisted the officers.”
It is believed that Jackson used Propofol on a regular basis to assist him with sleep. Administered through an IV, the drug would be turned on when the singer went to bed and turn off, when he wanted to get up. Investigators are also looking into how many doctors might have assisted in giving Jackson the drug overtime.
Meanwhile, toxicology results, which should make clear the cause of Michael Jackson’s death, are still pending and expected next week.
