To date, it is estimated that victims lost more than $380,000 and FDLE believes there are more.

Vencatasawmy was arrested by FDLE on May 18 and charged with a scheme to defraud of $50,000. On May 23, he was re-arrested after an Orlando Police Department investigation and charged with scheme to defraud, mortgage fraud and conspiracy to commit grand theft.

Vencatasawmy also uses the names Raj Sammy and Paul Swamy and has several illegitimate real estate companies known as K-Tab Properties, Almighty Realty, EX Choice Realty and La Rocca Realty.

  1. Regarding Paul Vencatasawmy your news reports state only Central Florida victims. I can advise you of at least three people in Canada with an amount way over $100.000 your total of fraud should be close to $500.000.

  2. I urge victims to come forward as this man Paul Vencatasawny has been arrested twice and has been released on two bonds, he should be in custody.
