Exotic Car Enthusiasts Gather for Rally from Orlando to Tampa for Kids with Critical Illnesses

Local exotic car owners Rene and Kate Hofmann will be leading a group of approximately 40 high performance cars this Sunday, police escorted, from Orlando to The Motor Enclave in Tampa to rally for kids with critical illnesses.




“I realize that there are children that may never have the opportunity to experience an exotic car. By bringing awareness to this organization, we are helping lift hope and smiles to children with critical illnesses,” said Rene Hofmann, the event organizer.

Orange County Commissioner Mayra Uribe will wave the checkered flag to kick-off the Dream Cars 4 Kids event promptly at 10am, Sunday, at Orlando Watersports.

WHAT: Exotic cars, traveling from Orlando to Tampa with a police escort, to The Motor Enclave, 6500 Motor Enclave Way, Tampa, FL 33610, bringing joy to kids with critical illnesses.

WHEN: Sunday, February 2nd, 9am (lineup) 10am departure from Orlando. Expected arrival at The Motor Enclave in Tampa at noon.

WHERE: Starts at Orlando Watersports Complex, 8615 Florida Rock Rd, Orlando, Florida 32824.  NOTE: The Motor Enclave is a private facility, and only registered participants will be permitted to enter.

“Dream Cars 4 Kids grants Dream Car experiences to children with critical illnesses and gives them hope to recover,” said Ankush Shah, the organization’s Director. “Our ultimate goal is to make children’s dreams come true while raising donations for charities benefiting children in need through our nationwide rallies and car shows.”
