A woman was seriously injured when she was caught in the cross fire of a shootout on Thursday, Orange County deputies said.
The shooting happened at the Blossom Park Condos located at 1851 Landstreet Road, just after 5:30 p.m.
Two men, one Black, the other Hispanic, both in their 20’s, exchanged gunfire and the unnamed woman was struck in her lower body, investigators said. Â The woman who is married to the Black male, was taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center in serious condition.
Investigators have not offered a motive for the shooting, but said, the Black male suspect is in custody and charges are pending.
The names of the parties involved have not been released.
